PhonePe Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Processing

All donations made through PhonePe are processed securely through PhonePe's payment gateway. Jotunheim Foundation does not store or have access to your payment card details or banking information.

2. Donation Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your donation through PhonePe, you will receive:

• An immediate confirmation message from PhonePe
• A donation receipt via email from Jotunheim Foundation within 24-48 hours
• Tax exemption certificate (80G) within 7-10 working days

3. Transaction Fees

PhonePe may charge transaction fees as per their terms and conditions. These fees are determined by PhonePe and not by Jotunheim Foundation. The entire donated amount (minus applicable fees) will be used for charitable purposes.

4. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, in case of:

• Technical errors leading to duplicate payments
• Accidental transactions
• System malfunctions

Refunds may be processed within 7-14 working days after verification. Please contact us at info@jotunheimfoundation.org with your transaction details.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal and payment information is handled in accordance with:

• PhonePe's Privacy Policy
• Jotunheim Foundation's Privacy Policy
• Applicable data protection laws

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required for donation processing and tax compliance.

6. Tax Benefits

Donations made through PhonePe are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Tax exemption certificates will be issued based on the PAN details provided during the donation process.

7. Technical Issues

In case of any technical issues during the payment process:

• Contact PhonePe customer support for payment-related issues
• Contact Jotunheim Foundation for donation receipt and certificate issues
• Keep your transaction ID and screenshots for reference

By proceeding with the PhonePe payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions along with PhonePe's terms of service.
